At KOGOBO, each piece is crafted with care using rare, vintage, and upcycled Japanese textiles. We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly and securely as possible.

1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

United Kingdom (Domestic Shipping)

  • Free UK Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of more than ÂŁ30 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the UK.

  • Orders ÂŁ30 and under: A standard flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Europe & International Shipping

  • Europe: All orders shipped to European countries carry a flat rate shipping fee of ÂŁ10.99.

  • International (Rest of World): All orders shipped outside of the UK and Europe (including North America, Asia, and Australia) carry a flat rate shipping fee of ÂŁ20.99.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Wear / In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Handmade & Custom Orders: Made-to-order or custom items may take 1 to 3 weeks to craft prior to shipping. Specific lead times are stated in individual product descriptions.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has dispatched.

All orders are sent via reliable, tracked postal services to protect our one-of-a-kind items.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal carrier backlogs or customs procedures.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Outside the UK)

  • Customer Responsibility: For all shipments outside the UK, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • These fees are determined by your country's customs authority upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs and customs administrative fees incurred by KOGOBO will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Every KOGOBO shipment includes tracking to safeguard our unique handcrafted pieces.

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated tracking link via email.

  • Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. KOGOBO is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the buyer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged in transit, please take photo evidence of the packaging and product immediately and contact us at kogoboofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local courier office first. If it cannot be located, contact us and we will open a courier investigation on your behalf.
